A Facebook eStore Navigator for Titan Customers

Titan

The Titan eStore Facebook Bot helps users select desired products from a big range. It lets users apply a number of filters including price-range, theme, color, and collection on the bot itself and thus, saves plenty of time.

The Work

When the associates of the Titan group sat over a cup of coffee with GupShup’s strategists, they unveiled a pretty basic requirement i.e. to develop a chatbot which can exactly understand & manifest the watch(es) desired by the customers.

The Process

Our project managers took the work complexity and data complexity into the consideration while deciding on applying some state-of-the-art principles to attain the maximum level of efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation within the app. This theory was then aligned with the goals of the customers. The next phase was to designing the Chatbot Conversation. Since the chatbot included the feature of both structured and AI ones, diverse interactions were segmented into certain blocks and the logical flow was set. Later on, repetitive testing was applied to find and eradicate all the unnoticed flaws.

1. Greet Users

As the user opens up the Facebook page of Titan, a pop-up appears asking customers what they would like to purchase.

2. Filtered Search

To acknowledge customers’ exact choices, the chatbot offers price range, sub-brands, color and many more filters.

3. AI

Artificial Intelligence (AI) was embedded into the application through applying the programming principle of natural language processing.

4. Image-Based Structured Search

To win the users’ engagement, the structured options included image options. Moreover, image options also help users understand the chatbot better.

The Results

Titan’s Facebook app chatbot finally emerged as one-of-its-kind chatbot, thanks to GupShup, an eminent Chatbot development company we are partners with. In a nutshell, Titan’s chatbot depicted all the features that the client wanted to comprise, in a great way.
